MY THOUGHTS

Per Aspera Ad Astra on Netflix is a lot of fun. It’s a Chinese sci-fi about a dream system that goes sideways on a spaceship, and it’s packed with visuals — every dreamscape is its own wild little world. It’s also funnier than I expected.

Someone on Rotten Tomatoes called it a “joyful visual rollercoaster,” and that pretty much nails it.
