Chasing the Perfect Ice Cream

Found this piece from Tasting Table on making ice cream with four ingredients, two plastic bags, and five minutes of shaking. No machine needed.

I have tried this twice already. Both times it came out tasting more like whipping cream than ice cream.

The instructions look easy on paper, but I think getting it right will still be a challenge for me. Still, it is amazing that it only takes four ingredients.

I am chasing the perfect ice cream, and chocolate is where I am starting. Only time will tell when I try it again!
