My partner and I are heading to New Mexico this Friday. His father passed away last weekend, and the funeral is August 22nd. I’ll be there for him while he grieves. Today we’ve got doctor appointments, then packing and figuring out what else needs to get done before we go. We don’t know when we’ll be back. On a lighter note, he’ll finally get to eat some of his favorite food he can’t find here.
