My M1 Mac Mini (8GB RAM, 256GB) is noticeably lagging after 5 years—just juggling multiple browsers, apps like Canva, emails (Outlook/Shortwave), & Microsoft 365. Is it time for an upgrade, perhaps to a Mac Air 15"?, or will I face the same slowdown in the time frame? Decisions, decisions.

Confession: I’m a snoozer sometimes. That extra 15 minutes feels like a gift … until a 2022 study says otherwise. Hitting snooze actually restarts your sleep cycle, leaving you groggier. Just found it interesting. Will I stop? Probably not. You?

I have 2 moka pots &❣️them. The moka pot is named after the Yemeni port of Mocha, historically a major coffee-export hub to Europe & famous for its distinctive coffee, which gave us today’s ‘mocha’ drinks—though the pot itself is an Italian icon. Is it fascinating? Here is a good read.
